Many people like football but do not like all the contact. Flag Football has all the basics of regular football except there is not much contact and you pull a flag to get your opponent down. I will tell you the rules and how to play flag football.

RULES

1. No flag Guarding. Flag guarding is where you guard you flag with your hand.
2. You cannot jump to avoid a flag pull.
3. you cannot push the receiver when they are trying to catch the ball.
4. You are only allowed to rush when you are past 7 yards.
5. There are 5 people on the field for each team.
6. You cannot cross the line a scrimmage until the QB says go.

HOW TO PLAY

You line up in your spots wether you are on offense or defense. The offense is trying to get the ball in the end zone while the defense is trying to stop them. The offense can either run or pass the ball and can line up anywhere behind the line of scrimmage. The defense can line up any where in front of the line of scrimmage. There are 2 quarters and you play for 20 minutes in each quarter.

In this post I will Give you 5 tricks for racquetball.

1. Always hot the ball low. If you hit the ball low then it will hit the ground sooner and it will be harder for your opponent to get. To hit the ball low you will need to hit the ball side armed or from underneath so it almost skids on the floor.
2. When you serve make sure the ball hits a wall before it hits the ground. This way the ball will be hard to track and your opponent will miss the ball and you will score a point. make sure the ball hits the back wall before it hits the side wall or it is an illegal hit.
3. After you serve run to the middle. if you run to the middle you have a better chance to get the ball any where in the room. If you are on one side and your opponent hits the ball on the opposite side then it will be hard to get.
4. Use the back wall to your advantage. If your opponent hits ball and it is by the back wall it is almost touching the ground then hit the ball hard on the back wall and it will fly to the front making it hard to get. By hitting on the back wall then you have a better chance of hitting the front wall.
5. Keep your feet moving. by keeping your feet moving you will always be ready for anything. You can run to the ball if it is far away or you will be ready to jump to get the ball.

Super Bowls

The New England Patriots have been to 9 Super Bowls. That is the most Super Bowl appearances in NFL history. They have won 5 Super Bowls making them have a 5/9 record in Super Bowls. They have lost 2 of those Super Bowls to the Giants. The patriots will be the first to reach 7 Super Bowls.

AFC Championship

The Patriots have been to the last 9 AFC championships and have been to 15 in total. Thats the most in NFL history. They have won 9 of those games. The Broncos have been there biggest threat in the championship, but since Payton Manning retired the Patriots have no match.

The Patriots have made history by making the greatest comeback in NFL history. They came back by 25 points. The largest comeback in a Super Bowl was 10 points where the Patriots won Super Bowl 49 against the Seahawks. In the Super Bowl there were over 30 records broken.

Records

Tom Brady threw for an amazing 442 passing yards to break the record. he also broke the record for the most Super Bowl appearances (9) and the most wins of any QB in the NFL (5), but his greatest record was that he was MVP in 4 of the 5 Super Bowls that he and his team won. James White also had a couple of records. He has the most receptions in a Super Bowl (14), But what makes that amazing is that he is a running back. He also had the most TD’s of and running back in the Super Bowl (3).

I congratulate the Falcons for the biggest loss of the 2016-2017 season and that they blew the biggest lead in NFL history.

The only record that  remember that the Falcons had was that they blew the latest lead ever. The were leading by 25 points but then they just stopped scoring and they couldn’t get on the board, but the Patriots did.

How Did The Falcons Blow A Huge Lead ?????

In the 3rd quarter the Falcons scored a TD. Then the Patriots scored a field goal to make it a 16 point game. The Falcons had the ball and drove to the 30 yard line. then They had a holding penalty and on the next play there was a sack bringing the out of field goal range to punt the ball. The Patriots took over and scored a TD, with a 2 point conversion to make it a one score game. The Falcons had the ball on the 50 and Donte Hightower strip sacked Matt Ryan for the ball. The Patriots had the ball drove down and scored a TD with an extra point to go into OT.

Overtime

The Falcons didn’t have a chance. After the coin toss there was no chance for the Falcons after the coin toss. The Patriots had the ball and if they scored a TD they would win. when the Patriots were in the red zone Tom Brady threw a pass that should have been intercepted but the defender just knocked it down. Then the pitched it to James White and he scored the game winning TD.

The pro bowl is going back to the original AFCvsNFC. My predictions are that the NFC wins 35 to 14.  The NFC dominated in the pro bowl skills challenge so it will be the same with the pro bowl.

Super bowl 51 is next Sunday. Obviously the Patriots will destroy the Falcons but, who will be the MVP?

My prediction is the if Chris Hogan has a good game like he did against the steelers then he will be theMVP.

Super Bowl Ll is drawing near. The Patriots and Falcons play to claim the title of the best team in the league, but who will win and why. I will tell you the positives and negatives of each team in Super Bowl Ll.

New England Patriots Advantage

The New England Patriots have the best scoring defense in the league*.  The Patriots have 4 interceptions while their opponent only has 2 interceptions*. The Patriots have a total of 4 sacks this season*. The Patriots are the 2nd best scoring team in the league only trailing the Falcons*. Dion Lewis recently had a kick return for a touchdown against the Texans. The Patriots have the best defense in the league and the 2nd best scoring offense*.

Atlanta Falcons Advantage

The Atlanta Falcons Offense seems unstoppable. They are the best scoring offense in the league*. Their offensive line is rated number 1 on blocking and the have the best wide receiver in the NFL right now*, Julio Jones. Matt Ryan is going into the Super Bowl with 4944 yards which is 2nd overall in the league only trailing Drew Brees*. Julio Jones has 1409 yards which is also 2nd best in the league*. In the Falcons last game they destroyed the Packers 44-21, with Julio breaking the record for most receiving yards in a NFC championship game*.

Both teams have their strengths but here are some of there weaknesses,

Atlanta Falcons Disadvantages

The Falcons offense has not yet successfully made a 4th down play*. The Falcons only have 3 interception in their entire season*. They only have 2 sacks in the postseason* and their rushing could be a lot better. Even though the Falcons have their disadvantages they could still beat the Patriots.

New England Patriots Disadvantages

The New England Patriots are without their number one tight end Rob Gronkowski. He injured himself on a fly route during the Patriots and Jets game in week 10. Without him there offense is a lot worse. Even is his absence the Patriots have dominated throughout the playoffs.

Who Will Win

Even though the Falcons have a pretty good offense I think the Patriots will win because of their defense and their wide receivers.  The Falcons have selected their uniforms, and they want to wear red so the Patriots will have to wear white*. In the last 12 Super Bowls the team wearing white has won the Super Bowl*. My prediction on the games score is 24-17 Patriots.

In this post I will tell you the results and stats of the 2017 Pro Bowl which happened on Sunday January 29. The Pro Bowl is  game where the 2 divisions of football the AFC and the NFC play a game to see who is better. In this Pro Bowl it was one of the lowest scoring Pro Bowls in History.

The AFC came out on top 20-13. There were only 2 touchdowns in the entire game. Each team had 2 Quarter backs. The AFC had andy Dalton and Alex Smith. The NFC had Kirk Cousins and Drew Brees. The top 2 running backs on the AFC were Jay Ajayi and Kyle Juszczky. The top 2 running backs on the NFC were Jared Howard and Ezikel Elliot.

The AFC opened the game with a trick play that failed. The tried a double reverse but they fumbled it on the second reverse. The AFC dominated in the first half with the lead 14-3 going into the half but the NFC scored in there opening drive of the second quarter.

Overall the AFC won 20-13 so they are better but the NFC still dominated in the 2017 Pro Bowl skills challenge.

The Atlanta Falcons landed in Houston on Sunday. They have went to there hotel and have already had 1 practice. They are going into the Super Bowl with a record of 11-5 with the number 2 seed in the playoffs with the number 1 seed being the cowboys.

They Patriots landed in Houston on Monday. They to have went to there hotel but have had 2 practices. They are going into the Super Bowl with a record of 14-2, thats the best record in the league. They are the number 1 seed in the playoffs.

The 2 teams will play on Sunday February 5th.

The patriots will beat the falcons 21-24
